You can edit time off banks in bulk or import accrued time in order to conveniently adjust the hours in employee time banks without having to go into each individual employee profile.
- Start by navigating to Time Off Policies
- Scroll down on the page to the ‘Import Accrued Time Off’ section
- You can select all employees or only some employees. These employees will be generated on an excel spreadsheet. Use the filters to narrow down the employee time banks you want to edit. Select ‘Next’ when done.
- Select the ‘Download Template’ option
- An excel template will download with all of the employees you selected. You can enter the number of hours that should be added to each employee time bank.
- NOTE: Put 0 in any field that you do not want to modify
- Once complete, go back to the ‘Import Accrued Time’ page, and select to upload your template with the newly added information.
- Once imported, you will see the updated hours in the employee’s profile on the Time & Pay tab as well as on the Calendar page after selecting the employee.
