If needed, account Owners and Admins can manually make edits to the Accrued, Available and Used balance numbers for employee's time banks. Supervisors can make edits to the Used and Accrued hours for their direct reports only and must make the changes from the calendar page.
Editing Available Time Bank Balance From Directory Profile:
- To edit an employees Available time bank balances, log in on an account with Admin or Owner permissions and navigate to the Directory.
- Search for the employee.
- Select the employee to open up their employee profile.
- Select the Time & Pay tab.
- In the Time Off Policy section, select the edit icon.
- You may adjust the Available hours in each bank by inputting a number into the field and saving.
- You can deduct hours by putting in a negative number (Example: Enter -4 to remove 4 hours).
Note: If you want to credit an employee additional time off hours into a specific time bank, add those hours to their Available balance here. This will also auto adjust their accrued balance for the time bank being edited.
Editing Used Time Bank Balance From Calendar Page:
- To edit an employees Used time bank balances, log in on an account with Admin, Owner or Supervisor permissions and navigate to the Calendar tab / My Team view.
- To the left of the calendar will be a Search Employees prompt.
- Enter the desired employees name here and click their name when it pops up to view their time banks.
- After their time banks are listed, click the pencil icon to edit the Used Balance. Here you can enter whatever number you want their new used balance to be for the desired bank.
