To approve or deny a time off request, navigate to Time & Attendance --> Calendar. Admins will see all pending requests and Supervisors will see pending requests for their direct reports.
Select the request you want to manage.
You can select ‘Approve’ or ‘Deny’. If you deny a request, you have the option of leaving a comment.
Time Off Request Emails:
When an employee submits a time off request, an email notification will be sent out with the time off request details and links to quickly approve or deny the request. These emails will be sent to the employees assigned Supervisor. If no Supervisor is assigned then the emails will go to the account owner by default.
