We've added a collection of new features to make managing your team even easier. You can now approve time off requests straight from email alerts, quickly download an employee's time off balance report, enjoy improved visibility of supervisors' direct reports on the calendar page and more to help enhance your everyday workflow.
Time Off Request
•Time off request emails now include auto Approve and Deny links. When you select one, you'll be prompted to log in, and the request will be approved or denied instantly based on your choice.
Directory
•Time off balance reports can now be downloaded from the Time Off Balance page within an employee's directory profile. The report will reflect the information displayed on that page.
Calendar
•Supervisors without Direct Reports will now have access to the 'My Time Off' calendar page.
•Supervisors will now only see their assigned direct reports time off requests in the My Team tab of the Calendar page.
Time Clock
•Added ability to customize start and end dates for Time Sheet History feature.
•Added in a "No Time Sheet" view on time sheet history for employees with no data.
Configuration
•Cancel button corrected for time clock configuration updates.
