This update introduces several enhancements to improve navigation, visibility, and flexibility across the system. You'll now find a new time-zone setting, the ability to assign staff permissions directly from their directory profiles, a department-level calendar view for seeing approved time off requests and more.
Platform
•New Time Zone settings option added "Mountain Standard Time no DST".
Employee Records / Directory
•Account owners and admins can now update individual Permission settings in Employee Records from the Permissions tab of employee profiles.
Calendar
•Option added to calendar configuration to unlock the "My Team" view page for employees. When configured to 'Yes', staff from the same department will be able to access and view all upcoming approved time off requests from within their department.
•Users can now view Used and Available hours on the Dashboard and on the Calendar page, My Time Off view.
•Current employees that are transitioned into another Time Off Policy will no longer acquire the beginning balance hours for the new policy. To ensure they are maintaining correct time bank hours.
Time Clock
•Owner & Admins can now view the current time period dates on the Time Clock page of Time & Attendance Configurations.
Note: New employees that are added to the company by the owners or admins will be added to the current time period.
•Account Owners and Admins can now select the time period frequency after subscribing to Time & Attendance to customize to their company's timesheet needs.
•Timesheet Time Periods can also be adjusted again if ever needed from the Time & Attendance configurations/ Time Clock page.
Note: If the time period is adjusted, the update will occur after the current time period is completed.
