The Personelle time & attendance subscription includes a time off calendar feature for staff to submit and track their time off requests and absences. Account owners, admins and supervisors can track their own personal requests and manage the requests of other employees.
Within the calendar, you will see a My Team view tab and the My Time off view tab. These can be used to change views between your own time off requests/absences and all other staff member requests and absences. Simply click the tabs at the top of the page to change view at any time.
Note: Supervisors can track time off submissions and manage requests for other employees but only for employees assigned to them as direct reports. Regular employees can only view their own time off requests unless you configure your account to allow them access to view the requests of others within the same department.
My Time Off Tab
From the calendar tab/my time off view, you can view your own personal time bank balances, request time off, track the approval status of your pending time off requests and view a history of your past requests.
My Team Tab
From the calendar tab/my team view, you can view, edit, approve, deny and create time off requests for all staff members. Account admins will have the same level of access in this section.
Supervisors can preform the same functions but only for employees assigned to them as direct reports.
Employees will only be able to view the My Team view page if your account is configured to allow employees within the same department to view each others requests.
