Account's with a subscription to Personelle Time & Attendance will have access to reporting features. From the reports page, you can run various reports to help with tracking employee data. Currently you can run reports on approved hours, schedules shifts, time off balances and time bank hour changes.
Note: Only account owners and admins can access the reports tab.
•Approved Hours Report
After an employee's timesheet is approved, you can pull data from the timesheet into the approved hours report.
If you do not have any approved timesheets within the date range entered, the report will generate blank.
Note: The approved hours report will only show data for timesheets that have been approved and does not show detailed information on approved time off requests. To view time off request data, please review the article on managing absences and time off requests..
•Scheduled Shifts Report
This report provides details of scheduled shifts for the time range and schedule title selected. Information on the employees, shifts, work locations, departments and job titles will be available in this report.
•Time Off Balances Report
The time off balances report details your employee's time bank hours for the selected date range. The information in this report matches the data found in the Time Off Balance section of each employee's directory profile.
•Time Bank Hour Changes Report
The time bank hour changes report tracks a history of changes within an employee's time banks such as when time is accrued and processed or when an employee is changed to a different time off policy plan.
