Organizations that have a subscription to Personelle Time & Attendance will have access to create schedules for their employees.
After an account owner, admin or supervisor creates and publishes a schedule with a shift assigned to you, you can view it from the Scheduling page of Personelle.
Anytime a schedule is published for you, you may also get an email notification informing you of the scheduled shifts if your management chooses to send notifications.
If you ever require a shift adjustment, please contact your management for assistance.
Shift Availability
Employees can edit their weekly shift availability and the maximum amount of hours they are available to work directly from the schedule page. This data will be visible to the schedule builder and will assist them during schedule planning stages.
To access the Shift Availability menu, go to your schedule page, my schedule tab. Then click on the 3 dot ellipsis symbol on the upper right side of the schedule and select 'View Availability'.
